KERABU SOTONG LIMAU NIPIS
Bahan-bahan:
Sotong secukupnya
2 biji limau nipis (diperah airnya)
Sedikit daun ketumbar (dipotong halus jika suka)
1 labu bawang besar (dihiris halus)
3 sudu besar sos ikan
1 sudu besar gula
1 sudu kecil garam (secukup rasa)
3-5 biji Cili padi (ikut pedas)
1 biji tomato (dipotong kecil)
1 batang serai (dihiris halus)
Sedikit lobak merah (carrot) sebagai hiasan (dipotong dadu)
Sedikit udang kering (ditumbuk, jika suka)
Cara Penyediaan:
Bersihkan sotong dan rebus sehingga masak. Jangan lama nanti isinya mengecil/mengecut . Sejat dan potong. Masukkan bawang besar , cili api, garam, air asam limau nipis, gula, serai , udang kering, sos ikan, daun ketumbar dan dikacau dalam mangkuk. Gaul rata-rata.
